False. There are no credible reports or official records of Trump making this statement. The viral video is AI-manipulated (deepfake).
A video circulating on social media claims to show US President Donald Trump blaming India for Pakistan’s devastating floods. In the clip, Trump allegedly calls the disaster a “crime against humanity” and urges the world to “hold India accountable” while expressing support for Pakistan.
The video is being widely shared on X and Facebook.

A search of credible news sources and the White House website shows no such statement or release.
Keyframe and reverse searches match Trump’s May 30, 2025 press interaction, same attire/setting, but no comments blaming India appear in the genuine footage.
The viral clip shows jawline distortion, indicating AI manipulation.
