Viral Video Showing Tiger Attacking Biker Is AI-Generated

Newschecker did not find any credible news reports about such an incident.

Certain visual anomalies such as the jerky movements of the tiger along with its jaw blending into the person’s shoulder raised our doubts on whether the video was AI-generated. We then ran the video past Hive Moderation, an AI-image detection tool, which found it 99.9% likely to be AI-generated.

We ran a screengrab past the WasitAI tool, which stated that it was quite confident that the image, or significant part of it, was created by AI. The Fake Image Detector, too, found it likely computer-generated, further confirming that the video is not real.
