Taking a cue, we then ran a relevant keyword search, which led us to this NDTV Rajasthan report, dated June 3, 2025. According to the report, the police in Baran, Rajasthan, had arrested 12 miscreants who were planning to loot two petrol pumps, following which the accused’s heads were first shaved and then they were paraded throughout the city, while being forced to apologise to the residents with folded hands.
We also came across this detailed report in Dainik Bhaskar’s e-paper, dated June 2, 2025.
